Pull up a chair, dears, because you young people have invented a new parlour game. Somebody has opened a market on Morfi asking one simple question: did Elon Musk tweet today? In my day, the big question was whether the milkman had come yet. Now you're putting real money on whether a man has typed something into his telephone.
And here's where I nearly spilled my Earl Grey. The early front-runner is "No", holding 63% consensus with 3 holders behind it. "Yes" trails at 37% consensus with 9 holders. Now I'm no expert, but betting that this particular gentleman stayed quiet on Twitter for a whole day feels like betting the kettle won't whistle once it boils. Still, it's a straight two-way fight, and the crowd has spoken. For now.

Remember, those percentages are the crowd's conviction, not a headcount. It's how hard people are leaning, like how firmly your Aunt Mildred insists her trifle doesn't need more sherry. So far 13 traders have joined in and $61,073 has gone behind their opinions. Not a bad turnout for a market that opened less than a day ago, quicker than my sourdough starter ever got going.
Here's my kitchen wisdom, and you can take it or leave it. A day isn't over until the dishes are dry, and today isn't either. If you ask me, the "No" crowd might be counting their chickens while the oven's still warm. One late-night post and the whole roast turns over. Then again, maybe they know something I don't. They usually do. I still can't work out how to stop my phone ringing during bingo.
So, dears, did he or didn't he? This fight has barely got its coat off. If you've got an opinion, put it where your mouth is and join the market on Morfi before the clock strikes twelve. I'll be right here with a fresh pot, refreshing the page like it's a soufflé I don't trust.
